Shipping Policy

Please be assured that your items will ship out within two days of purchase. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS) delivery times are one to four days, depending on location. We are happy to ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses through U.S.P.S. Priority Mail Service. The only caveat is that the shipping fee is higher per order.

If you plan to ship to a PO box and you wish to take advantage of lower shipping costs, please change your shipping information to display a physical address. A $2 surcharge will apply if your zip code is rural.

If you're trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:
  • Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
  • Federal Express and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • If you require express or 2 day shipping, please call us at 1 888 R00IBOS (1 888 766.4267) OR 713 622.2874 for charges.
If you ENTER IN the wrong address for your order, we can contact UPS with the updated or correct address. However, UPS charges us a fee for intercepting these packages. Since it is a high charge, we regret that we must pass along the charge of $10.00 to the customer. To prevent this, please double check your order on the final screen before submitting it and delete any out of date or incorrect addresses.

Free Shipping

Orders of $50 or more addressed to a physical location (sorry, no PO Boxes) within the contiguous United States qualify for free Ground shipping. However, if your zip code is classified as rural, a $2 surcharge will apply.

UPS 2nd Day Air

UPS 2nd Day Air shipping is available to all 50 states. UPS 2nd Day Air is not available for P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Orders placed with UPS 2nd Day Air shipping will typically ship the next business day and arrive in two (2) to three (3) business days.

UPS Next Day Air

UPS Next Day Air shipping is available to all 50 states. Separate rates apply for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii and can be viewed in the cart. UPS Next Day Air is not available for P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Orders placed with UPS Next Day Air shipping will typically ship the next business day and arrive in one (1) to two (2) business days.
